Mouse Pad with Wrist Rest

To Order:

After you purchase your item, email the image you want to use to cyc.customs@gmail.com using the same email as the order. The image MUST BE at least 4000 pixels on its longest side. Anything smaller may result in a blurry final product.

Please include the Name on the order and any special instructions in the email. Our designers will use our best judgment for the placement of the image in relation to the shape of the mousepad if not specified.

Upon request, a mockup will be sent to the provided email address. If no reply is received within 48 hours, your item will be sent to production. NO REFUNDS will be accepted once an order is sent to production.

The 2nd to last image in the gallery is our template for design. Please consider that your image will need to fit in such a way that the focus will need to fit within the unshaded area while needing to be large enough to fill the unshaded area as well.

A solid color background will be used in instances where this is difficult/not possible. The last image is an example of that using a black background.

PLEASE NOTE!!! Due to the nature of sublimation printing, we recommend not using dark-colored backgrounds or patterns as to avoid having faded color ("halo" effect) around the seams.

As with all custom/personalized items, we will absolutely work with you on production issues. Those are on our end of the business. However, no refunds or returns will be honored on custom/personalized items that arrived as ordered. Honestly, it is simply because we can not resell customized items.

Please make sure that you double-check your order before purchasing. If you have any questions about your purchase, include them in the email with your image. We will answer all questions before sending the order into production. 

To aid in the printing process, we will digitally enhance the image provided (Adjust sharpness, brightness, tone and other basic necessary parameters we need for printing). We will not alter the image provided in any other way. 

Also note that colors may vary slightly between the image provided and the final product. All images will be converted to CMYK for printing purposes and some color variance is to be expected. If concerned about this, please request a mock-up and reply within 48 hours of receiving the mock-up.
