So we are all about the jokes and making people smile around here. But real talk for a moment... We also get that sometimes you need to get some shit out that isn't a joke. We got you here too! This is all Spiral and bound journals so you can get all those thoughts out. And if you never tried or think it is silly, please do yourself a favor and try it. It does help. 

 

Seriously, don't even buy a journal yet, get some paper and a pen and just do it for a week and see how you feel. Then if you do feel like it is working for you, THEN remember your most favoritest Yeti and grab a journal! :)
